We come here almost every year. It is a hotel that has particular care for families. There is practically everything and you don't have to worry about anything anymore. The food is excellent, there is entertainment for both adults and children. The sea is a stone's throw away, there is a swimming pool, the bicycles are new and included in the price. Only the rooms are a little old, but still clean and moreover, from this year on the fourth floor there are new rooms. I have never found a service like this... Highly recommended!

I'm Romina Cerbella, I stayed 14 nights in this wonderful seafront hotel. Fabulous location overlooking the sea and swimming pool. The food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was very good and plentiful, the food was really good and the waiters were all very kind. As for the entertainment, it is truly excellent and present both at the seaside on the beach with games and music and at midday in the hotel, and at four o'clock ready again with games for children and adults and snacks available. In the evening the entertainers were present again with games, music and baby dance. We had a lot of fun with them and in particular my 10 year old daughter Soraya had a lot of fun... I really thank the entertainment guys Anna, Michela, Samantha, Samuele etc.... very nice, good and full of desire to do.......❤️....I thank Ilaria, Serena, Andrea and all the staff of the Hawaii hotel and the director Roberto for your skill and kindness. You are very organized in everything and every little detail. Wonderful holiday!! 😘❤️

Sea front structure. Rooms (especially the bathrooms) a little dated but always spotless. Excellent and plentiful cuisine, also for vegans and celiacs. You reach the beach by crossing the road. Play area, showers and sea, excellent for those with small children. The hotel offers various services (bicycles, morning newspaper) that "pamper" the customer. Pool always very clean and lifeguard always present. The professional and courteous staff tries to meet every customer's need. Simona at the reception and Raffaela in the dining room are a guarantee: two wonderful people. Top entertainment for both adults and children. In short, a truly unforgettable stay.

Stayed in July. Family with two children (3 months and 5 years). Hotel very attentive to customer needs. Very good cleaning of the rooms. Food suitable for everyone and without any note of demerit. Friendly and available entertainment team for help with children. Three evenings a week, if the children want, we have dinner with them. Clean beach and very close to it. Suitable for families looking for a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle.

It's difficult to summarize in a few words what it feels like to stay in this facility, especially as a family with small children, how many positive emotions are unleashed in those days that seem like many but then end all too quickly. In this structure you are first welcomed by the always very polite and smiling reception staff, Domenico, Simona, Serena and Ilaria led by the director Roberto, all always reactive in giving you support in case of need. To immediately clear up any doubts, let's talk about the cuisine: breakfast aside is always very rich in both sweet and savory dishes, lunch and dinner are always of a good (often very good) standard and varied even for vegetarians and vegans (there is also the possibility of ask for truly gluten free dishes, which is no small feat), some dishes may occasionally come out not perfect but that's okay if it's not normal, anyway the buffets would be enough to satiate entire herds of tourists. So the service in the room is impeccable, the guys seem to be ten times as fast as they are and always present at the table but never intrusive, thanks to Alesia, Giosuè, Rafaela, Gaia, Enis and all the others whose names I don't remember ( mea culpa), commanded by the maître who is always vigilant over the entire room. The structure, understood as rooms and shared spaces, is generally dated but always very clean (a little more attention is perhaps advisable for the bathrooms in the hall which are more at risk given the comings and goings of children). surprisingly one of the new 4-seater rooms on the 4th floor, more spacious and bright (and very designer), even just inaugurated (in fact some small finishing touches were missing such as the shelves in the shower but it doesn't take much to complete everything and fully satisfy every customer), thanks to our floor waitress Loredana who, in line with all the other staff, has always been courteous and available for any of our needs. Beautiful supervised swimming pool and therefore well managed beach - especially thanks to the great work of Mimmo the lifeguard - all very clean and the sea to be enjoyed safely for our children (thanks to the long stretch of very shallow water). And we are at the animation; considering that we are at the beginning of the summer season and that the staff was very few in number (sometimes only two) they worked miracles and always managed to make children and parents smile, so THANKS to Anna, Samanta and Renzo who we said goodbye to at the end not without a bit of emotion and tears. Obviously there have been some unexpected events, there always are for the record, small things in general and always well managed (smiles and courtesy are always the best approaches towards customers and the staff of this hotel are never lacking). Small car park but by leaving the keys in the direction you avoid the stress of leaving your car on the street (where it is not easy to find a space), thanks also to Pietro who patiently optimizes the parking spaces and always has it ready for us in case of need (just notify in advance). As for the surroundings (Villa Rosa) we expected something boring and instead it turned out to be enough to take a pleasant walk and let the children play in the very nice park on the seafront, as well as two nice markets held during the week (Monday and Thursday). As I was saying, it is not easy to summarize all this, and much more, but perhaps three words can give a good idea: BRAVI BRAVI BRAVI!!!

Beautiful hotel, very kind, all the services were excellent, they renovated one floor and those who were in the rooms said they were beautiful, every year they renovate something, and that's a point in their favor. Our beautiful room with a sea view, some problems with the TV, the signal reception was poor, especially in the afternoon, and in the evening we watched films intermittently. Amazing view and great service. Excellent for both children and adults, lovely swimming pool, internal parking for the car. We eat a lot and everything is excellent.
